My dog, Honey, and I moved to Chicago from St. Louis, MO.   I fortunately found Mark on the Dreamtown website.   He was such a big help to me.   I had to fly in on a few occasions to look at properties and Mark always had the showings lined up allowing me to see what I wanted in the least amount of time possible.

Since I moved from out of state, Mark dealt with the small issues for me that must be done for a move that I couldn't handle long distance.   For example, he worked with the alderman's office for moving truck parking permits, and he really looked out for us in all aspects.   I was ready to pay full price for my home, but Mark negotiated a lower selling price, even though that meant a lower commission for him.   I wholeheartedly recommend Mark if you want an agent who has your best interests in mind.
